Damaged Items & Repairs
Quality is extremely important to us, so if your jewelry is damaged, we would be happy to fix it for you within our 180 days warranty. To initiate the repair process, please email us, and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
International Returns
Cancelation / Refund Policy
All items made to order, customized or engraved pieces, items purchased during special promotional events or seasonal sales, and any engagement rings cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
Deposits given for custom-made jewelry or engagement rings – are non-refundable.
Cancellation of a transaction would accrue in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981. If applicable, once we receive the jewelry back, your returned item will be inspected, The account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
