Our Policy

 

Thank you for purchasing LIATI jewelry. Your satisfaction from your purchase is our main goal.

Every item is checked and will not leave our studio before we are 100% sure it is perfect and good to go. All of our jewelry is manufactured using the highest quality materials you can be sure we will be there for you if any problem occurs because we stand behind the absolute quality of our designs.

 

ORDERS
Orders may be placed at any time and date through our online shop.
By submitting your order, you hereby approve you are over the age of 18.
Most items estimated delivery time are 2-4 weeks. All items will be shipped as soon as they are completed.
We will notify you via email once the item is shipped along with its tracking information.
Orders placed in the holiday season or any high volume time of the year may take longer than usual. A sales representative will notify you in advance if the timing is longer than usual.
LIATI reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by any customer if the site’s terms have been violated or as otherwise determined by the company.

REPAIRS & GUARANTEE

Quality is extremely important to us. If you have experienced the need for any repair, or if your jewelry is damaged we would be happy to fix it for you within our 180 days warranty policy.
LIATI is not responsible for any stone damage or loss, chain damage, and metal scratching due to normal wear and/or abusive wear, as well as accidents.
LIATI’s guarantee does not cover any repairs or alterations done through a third party.
LIATI’s guarantee does not cover loss or theft of jewelry.
LIATI’s guarantee covers strengthening stone settings in a case where the piece of jewelry did not suffer any damage, accidents, or hits, even if unintentional.

We highly recommend coming in every 6-12 months to make sure the stones aren’t loose.
LIATI will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defects within 180 days of receipt of purchase.
Repairs needed after this time frame, or caused by any misuse, will incur a repair charge and shipping at the customer’s expense.
Repairs will be assessed on an individual and communicated process prior to the repair process beginning.
LIATI will only accept repairs for items purchased on LIATI online shop or at the LIATI studio.

Please send your name, phone number, and a photo of the jewelry that needed repair.

 

RE-SIZING

LIATI offers the service of re-sizing rings, bracelets, and chains.
This service is provided only for pieces of jewelry that allow LIATI to carry out alterations and within up to 2 sizes for a ring and standard alterations in chains of bracelets and necklaces.
Please notice, all alterations will be charged.
It is the client’s responsibility, prior to purchase, to understand whether the specific purchased piece is optional for alterations in size.

 

INSURANCE

LIATI does not carry any responsibility for stone loss.
We highly recommend insuring your jewelry for any case of theft, accidents, or stone loss. In case of any damage or loss of an heirloom stone set in our jewelry, it is the client’s exclusive responsibility.

 

SALE TAX

Sale tax is applicable on all orders shipped.
For all international sales, local duties and fees will apply and paid on the customer’s behalf, whenever applicable.

All online orders are protected with the highest SSL global standard. The HTTPS letters in our URL, along with our encryption software, indicate you are surfing and purchasing in a secure website.

Essentials Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivering your order for unworn or unused items. All Liati items include personalized options; therefore, they are all made to order, one-of-a-kind. All returns will incur a 30% restocking fee of the total amount of the item.
Please notice:
Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Special orders/sale items or promotions / engraved or any custom-made pieces – cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Damaged Items & Repairs

International Returns

Please note that return shipping for international orders is the customer’s responsibility and is not covered by LIATI.
If a parcel is lost or sent to the wrong address provided, it is not in our ability to refund or exchange the item.

Cancelation / Refund Policy

All items made to order, customized or engraved pieces, items purchased during special promotional events or seasonal sales, and any engagement rings cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

Deposits given for custom-made jewelry or engagement rings – are non-refundable. 

Cancellation of a transaction would accrue in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981. If applicable, once we receive the jewelry back, your returned item will be inspected, The account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.

We also ship to a third party. If you wish your item to be a gift- please let us know.

Please note that any tax or customs fees for international orders are on customers’ responsibility and are not covered by LIATI.


Production Time


All items are custom-made to order – Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping.
It is under the buyer’s responsibility to pay for any customs and import taxes, duties or vat, that may apply. We cannot hold responsible for delays due to customs.
